The information you provide will be used by the South Oxfordshire Riding Club to process your entry in order to process your competition records. Your competition records, but not your contact details, will be displayed on the website. Other members/riders may access and/or update your contact details only by your specific permission. Permission is implied for the site administrator.
You may make on-line entries for riders other than yourself, however you cannot access or update their contact details.
It is your responsibility to refer to the appropriate schedule, as published on the site, for specific rules and conditions relating to any event that you enter but please note that in general:

Payment for on-line entries will be made via the secure PayPal website. The South Oxfordshire Riding Club have no knowledge of any financial transactions (eg Credit Card or Paypal Account details) except for the success, failure or cancellation of the transaction.
