16.3hh, 19 years young, dark bay gelding - total schoolmaster. 

Ex 4* event horse who has been there, done it and got all the t-shirts. This horse is a complete gentleman in every respect but needs a quieter life having successfully team chased for the last three years. He is bomb proof in traffic and to ride (or ride and lead), is no different if ridden once a week or every day. Absolutely perfect to load (lorries and trailers), to travel and for farrier but does need a  teeny bit of dope to clip. Will live in or out but likes a friend if out.

Tyson would love to do all riding club activities but I would rather he didn't go BE Eventing any more as he has a few aches after travelling round the world during his eventing career,  but nothing TLC doesn't keep on top of!  He competed at Blenheim last year in the Riding Club Eventer Challenge.  
 
He has been the most wonderful servant to us and we would love to see him teaching, and having fun with, someone else.

FOR SALE:

Sadly my jockey has grown too tall and I’m looking for someone to have fun with.

14hh 11 yr old piebald gelding.

Hercules has been with us for nearly 5 years. He’s taken my daughter from a beginner 7 year old to a confident and competent, but very tall 12 year old.
Together they have attended junior and senior camp as well as plenty of rallies where he always behaves impeccably. They have competed in show jumping, cross country, sponsored rides, gymkhana, dressage and fancy dress (with some very flappy outfits!) They’ve hacked out together both alone and in company where he’ll happily go 1st, last or in between. Most importantly they’ve had loads of fun together and he’s always brought my daughter back in one piece. He gets his confidence from his rider so not for a nervous person. He’s not spooky or nappy, is good in traffic and out in the open. He doesn’t buck or rear. He’s great on the ground and doesn’t kick or bite. He loads without problems and travels beautifully. He’ll stand all day at a show as long as he has a haynet! He’s happy to be groomed, is safe around children, other ponies and dogs and has no vices. He can be left for a week or ridden every day. He’s lived with mares, geldings and alone. He’s always happy to be bottom of the herd so will have no issues joining others. He’s happier with a field mate but doesn’t panic if left alone. He’ll live out all year or part stable but does well with a routine either way. He has front shoes only and is good for the farrier and vet. His vacs, teeth and wormer are all up to date.

Patch for loan

Much loved family member, 14.2 12 year old piebald gelding looking for a confident and loving rider for all PC/RC activities including camps. Has previously hunted with Vale of Aylesbury, strong but very safe! Patch has won Chiltern and Thames novice show jumping two consecutive years 2008/2009, also placed in local ODEs. He has been entered for the riding club team at Hickstead completing a very testing 95cm course – which is his limit. Good to Shoe, Box, Catch, Clipping with patience. Very sensitive pony and needs sensitive handling. Preferably to stay local to owner in Stokenchurch. Ideal Mother/daughter pony, comes with full wardrobe and tack.

FOR SALE: 15.3hh 8yo Bay Polish Warmblood Mare by Landos (Cor de la Breyere and Ladykiller bloodlines).

Would make ideal first BE/Competition horse. Consistent results at BE 100 level. 58 foundation points with results this season including 1st Smiths Lawn (Ian White Memorial trophy, one of the 3 combinations finishing on their dressage score!). Also 1st at Purston Manor where as well as a 6th place at Hambleden. Also won at Aston Le Walls UA 90. Would make an ideal candidate for the 100 Grassroots championship. Qualified Blenheim Tri-Zone and BE 100RF for 2011 and 2012.

She is also an established dressage horse who is currently out competing at Novice level with a view to moving up to elementary this winter. Won on last outing.  Also has BSJA winnings from very limited outings. (I am not the world's happiest or most confident showjumper). Scope to go much further in both disciplines with a more confident rider or would be equally happy bringing someone up through the grades again!

She is the easiest and most delightful mare to look after and have around. Not marish in anyway! 100% box, clip, catch, shoe, traffic, cuddle, and super relaxed with small children, dogs, bicycles, flying toys and general mayhem. Happily travel in trailer or box and will then merrily stand all day to the point where you wonder if you remembered to put her on.

Dobbin is a 20 year old TB gelding who I have owned for 10 years. He is a very smart hacking horse who always enjoys getting out and about. He is affectionate, kind, intelligent and sensitive, and while he is an older horse, he does not look or behave as such!

Dobbin is stabled at home (between Chinnor and Princes Risborough), along with my other horses and ponies. He is looking for a very competent, experienced horse person to enjoy exercising him a few times per week. He is a sensitive, clever, ex-event horse so needs a confident, experienced, sympathetic rider. Sorry, he will not tolerate novice riders.

Dobbin would suit a lightweight lady rider, perhaps returning to riding after a break. 13.2hh and 14hh ponies also available to ride ad-hoc.

RETIREMENT/SEMI-RETIREMENT HOME WANTED

I am looking for a retirement/semi-retirement home in/around the Wargrave area if possible for my lovely 17 year old, 15.3hh gelding called Mr Darcy and am wondering if there is anyone that can help me if possible. I have to retire my lovely horse who has given me so much confidence over the few years that I've owned him, due to the fact that he has arthritis in his spine which causes kissing spines, which has been treated with cortisone injections. These have helped but have not ultimately cured it, meaning that I can no longer jump him or do anything higher than an intro dressage test, so he is now a happy hacker. So I am either looking for somewhere I can keep him with 24/7 turnout or someone that would be willing to have him on loan with the understanding that he can do no more than be ridden once or twice a week at a walk on the roads or trot on an all-weather surface with absolutely NO jumping or if someone is looking for a companion for their own horse. I am NOT looking to sell him, as he is given me so much and I want to know where he is and how he's doing.   He is a lovely horse that loves kisses and cuddles and people and is the most easy horse to do.
